PAY THE PRICE

Every good and excellent things of life has a price tag on it, reason why it is not common but only available to those who has paid the price. 

Even all nice and beautiful gifts you had ever received are not free just because it came to you as gift. It's because, the person who gave it to you has paid the price, that's why you got it as a gift. 

Even, the salvation of humanity cost the life of the son of God, how much more every other things.

In the light of that, I would like us to juxtapose this two business terms as it aid us in paying the price to achieve our personal and business goals.

Number one is ; MARKET SURVEY
Market survey is enquiries into the market place concerning a particular product or service. Market survey gives you the opportunity for  first hand knowledge about the market response to such product or service.

Survey the market avails you insight into the consumer's needs and preferences as at the moment market, which your predecessors in such industry might even be oblivious of.

On the other hand, is HAGGLING :
Haggling is the negotiation of price between the seller and the buyer till they agree on a compromise price. For instance, you enter into a store and pick a product that was tagged $100 then you negotiate for $95. Perhaps you both agreed on that $95, that's haggling.

Now let's relate it to our personal and business success.
Dear friend, have you surveyed that industry, you intend going into? How familiar are you with the market terrain where you intend to invest your money?

It doesn't matter the industry you are going into, each industry has principles, guilds, laws and bylaws that guide it.
There are nitty-gritty, skills and strategies to succeed in each industry, how familiar are you with such?

Just because you have a certificate, doesn't mean you'll excel with your career. Nor because you have some savings, you intend to invest, doesn't mean you'll succeed with business. 

There's need to haggle and negotiate your success in that industry. There is need to get yourself acquitted with the needful tactics and information that could make you among the top ten percent that rules your industry, that's a price to pay.

For you as a student, there's need to pay your social and entertainment activities for now, so as to have more time to study,to gain admission into that higher institution or promotion to the next class, that's a price to pay.

To excel with your career and be among the top ten percent that rules your industry, it's not with your common certificate, but with uncommon specialised knowledge that could give you competitive advantage over your competitors, is a price to pay. 

To haggle a fair proportion of the market size for your product or service, acquire a marketing skill could be a great price to pay.

He who want a friend, should make him or herself friendly. To have a better spouse, you got to pay a price of making yourself better too.

To have a successful financial freedom tomorrow, you got to pay some gratifications today, so as to have more money for investment.

To cap it all, no success is an accident but deliberate actions towards set goals, reason you must survey your intending industry so as to get acquitted with the needful tactics and information, principles and strategies to succeed in there, then you should make up your mind to do all the needful and pay the price.
