The worst scenario is a broken relationship.
There's nothing worse than a divorce. It is more than just a broken heart or parting of two people in a relationship.

Divorce is death of a relationship and it is worst than physical death. Why because divorce is a death without burial.

When someone died physically, you can bring a closure to it, you can Bury such, dress the tomb, weep and go back home and that's the end.

But such isn't the case with divorce, it is a death without burial, even though you always wish you could Bury it, but there's no burial thus it keeps resurrecting every now and then. Such as meeting your ex at the grocery, when it's time to pay school fees or visiting the kids and so on, it keep resurrecting.

So be careful, for you rushing into a relationship, thinking marriage is the solution to Singleness, marriage is not a solution.
If You'll listen to someone who has gone through a divorce, he or she could even talk you out of marriage.

Divorce isn't just departing of two people but rippen of two souls, a part of you is gone for ever in that person.
A psychologist can't help you with divorce, it is a hurrible experience. Even God has no plan for divorce except for the intervention of the spirit, according to Luke 4:18A

The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor, he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted..

The only solution to divorce is Christ healing you.
Divorce is impossible without Marriage and there could be no marriage without an individual. Therefore, it is not either the marriage or divorce that's important but an individuals.

Singleness is a prerequisite for marriage, but Singleness is never a problem as many think, for your marriage is as good as your Singleness since you only bring to the marriage who you're. So marriage isn't an escape from Singleness, you only bring to the marriage what you are. 

When you walk down the eye with your white gown & tuxedo, nothing happen at the altar. If you're lazy before you arrive, you'll take home a lazy spouse. If you're stingy, your spouse is taking home a stingy partner.
If you are stupid before your arrival, you will only take home, a well packaged stupid person, no more, no less.
If their feet smell before they come, you're only taking home with you a stinking feet person. No miracle happen at the altar.

Singleness is a mirth, it is not real, so it is OK to be single but not OK to be alone.
In fact, God want you single but doesn't want you alone.
The first defect, God found with his creation, is the defect called, ALONE.
Thus He said; it is not good for the Creation to be Alone.
